Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (things) against them, for We count out to them a number, 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And We will drive the guilty to hell thirsty 86 They will have no power of intercession, save him who hath made a covenant with his Lord. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Surely you have made a monstrous statement. 89 The heavens are close to being torn apart by it, and the earth being split asunder, and the mountains succumbing and falling down. 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 Not one of the beings in the heavens and the earth but must come to (Allah) Most Gracious as a servant. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 On the Day of Resurrection each one of these will come to Him singly. 95 On those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, will (Allah) Most Gracious bestow love. 96 Now We have made it easy by thy tongue that thou mayest bear good tidings thereby to the godfearing, and warn a people stubborn. 97 But how many (countless) generations before them have We destroyed? Canst thou find a single one of them (now) or hear (so much as) a whisper of them? 98
