Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Ya Seen. 1 By the Quran, full of wisdom (i.e. full of laws, evidences, and proofs), 2 you are indeed one of the messengers 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 (and this Qur'an) is a revelation from the Most Mighty, the Most Compassionate 5 that thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were never warned, so they are heedless. 6 Indeed the Word (of punishment) has proved true against most of them, so they will not believe. 7 Verily! We have put on their necks iron collars reaching to chins, so that their heads are forced up. 8 And We have put a bar in front of them and a bar behind them, and further, We have covered them up; so that they cannot see. 9 And it is the same for them, whether you warn them or do not warn them – they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Verily We shall give life to the dead, and We record that which they send before and that which they leave behind, and of all things have We taken account in a clear Book (of evidence). 12
