See you not that We have sent the Shayatin (devils) against the disbelievers to push them to do evil. 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 The Day shall soon come when We shall bring together the God-fearing to the Most Compassionate Lord, as honoured guests; 85 And We shall drive the sinners to Hell, like thirsty cattle driven down to water,- 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Assuredly ye utter a disastrous thing 89 Whereby almost the heavens are torn, and the earth is split asunder and the mountains fall in ruins, 90 to ascribe a son to the Beneficent God. 91 It is not for the Merciful to take a son! 92 There is no one in the heavens and the earth but he shall come to the Most Compassionate Lord as His servant. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 Every one of them shall come to Him upon the Day of Resurrection, all alone. 95 VERILY, those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds will the Most Gracious endow with love: 96 So We have made it easy in thine tongue in order that thou mayest thereby give glad tidings unto the Godfearing and warn thereby a people contentious. 97 And many a generation We did destroy before them; do you see any one of them or hear their faintest sound? 98
