And it is He Who has created ears and eyes and hearts for you; very little is the right you acknowledge. 78 He it is who has multiplied you on the earth and to Him you shall all be gathered: 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 Nay, they say the like of what the ancients said: 81 They say: What! When we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: Unto Whom (belongeth) the earth and whosoever is therein, if ye have knowledge? 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Ask them, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: Will ye not then keep duty (unto Him)? 87 Say thou: in whose hands is the governance of everything, and who sheltereth but from whom none is sheltered, if ye know? 88 They will reply spontaneously, "It is God." Ask them, "Why has falsehood bewitched you?" 89 Aye! We have brought them the truth and verily they are the liars. 90 Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]. 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
