Al-Mu' minoon 5 of 6
And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 And He it is Who quickeneth and causeth to die, and His is the alternation of night and day; will ye not then reflect? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what the men of old said. 81 They say, "When we die and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised up again? 82 We and our fathers have been promised this before. It is but of the ancients' fictitious tales' 83 Say: Whose is the earth, and whoever is therein, if you know? 84 They will say: "To God." Say: "Then why do you not bethink yourselves?" 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will surely say: God. Say thou: will ye not then fear? 87 Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know." 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 In fact We have sent the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Allah has not taken to Himself any son, there is no other god with Him. Were this otherwise each god would have taken that which he created, and some of them would have risen above others; Exalted is Allah beyond that they describe! 91 The Knower of the unseen and the seen, so may He be exalted above what they associate (with Him). 92

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
