It is He who gave you hearing, sight, and hearts, but only few of you give thanks. 78 And He it is who has caused you to multiply on earth; and unto Him you shall be gathered. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 But nay, they speak as the people of olden times did speak: 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Ask them: "Whose is the earth and those who are in it? Tell us if you know" 84 They will say, "To Allah." Say, "Then will you not remember?" 85 Say: "Who is (the) Lord of the seven heavens, and (the) Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'Will you not then be godfearing?' 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: How then are ye bewitched? 89 We have sent them the truth and they, certainly, are liars. 90 Allah has not taken to Himself any son, there is no other god with Him. Were this otherwise each god would have taken that which he created, and some of them would have risen above others; Exalted is Allah beyond that they describe! 91 The knower of the absent and the present, too exalted is He for what they associate (with Him)! 92
