It is God who has created ears, eyes, and hearts for you. Little are the thanks that you give. 78 And He it is Who multiplied you in the earth, and to Him you shall be gathered. 79 And He it is who grants life and deals death; and to Him is due the alternation of night and day. Will you not, then, use your reason? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They said, 'What, when we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we be indeed raised up? 82 Certainly we are promised this, and (so were) our fathers aforetime; this is naught but stories of those of old. 83 Say thou: whose is the earth and whosoever is therein, if you know? 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Great Throne' 86 They will say, "They belong to God." Say, "So do you not fear Him?" 87 Say: Who is it in Whose hand is the kingdom of all things and Who gives succor, but against Him Succor is not given, if you do but know? 88 They will say: "(All that belongs) to Allah." Say: "How then are you deceived and turn away from the truth?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 Never did God take unto Himself any offspring, nor has there ever been any deity side by side with Him: [for, had there been any,] lo! each deity would surely have stood apart [from the others] in whatever it had created, and they would surely have [tried to] overcome one another! Limitless in His glory is God, [far] above anything that men may devise by way of definition, 91 who has knowledge of the Unseen and the Visible; high exalted be He, above that they associate! 92
