It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They say: What! When we are dead and become dust and bones, shall we then be raised? 82 Our fathers and we have been given such promises before. These are no more than ancient legends." 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will say, "To God." Say, "So will you not pay heed? 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will say, "They belong to God." Say, "So do you not fear Him?" 87 Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,- who protects (all), but is not protected (of any)? (say) if ye know." 88 They will say: "God's." Say: "Then why are you so deluded?" 89 Nay, but We brought them the truth and they are truly liars. 90 God has not begotten a son, nor is there any god besides Him. Had this been so, each god would have taken away what he had created with him, and some would have risen over the others. God is much too glorious for what they attribute (to Him)! 91 All-Knower of the unseen and the seen! Exalted be He over all that they associate as partners to Him! 92
