The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it. 5 For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule. 6 Do they not observe the earth, how much of every good kind We cause to grow therein? 7 In this, behold, there is a message [unto men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
