The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 (O Muhammad), you will perhaps grieve yourself to death because these people do not believe. 3 If We will, We could send down to them from the heaven a sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
