Those who deny the truth say, "When we have turned to dust like our fathers, shall we be brought back to life again? 67 Indeed, we were promised this - we and our forefathers - in the past as well; it is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 And grieve you not for them, nor be straitened (in distress) because of what they plot. 70 And they say: when will this Promise be fufilled if ye say sooth? 71 Say, "Perhaps it is close behind you - some of that for which you are impatient. 72 Truly, your Lord is bountiful to mankind, but most of them are not grateful. 73 And verily thine Lord knoweth whatsoever their breasts conceal and whatsoever they make known. 74 And all the hidden secrets of the heavens and the earth are (written) in a clear Book. (The Preserved Tablet) 75 Verily this Qur'an doth explain to the Children of Israel most of the matters in which they disagree. 76 And it certainly is a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe. 77 Verily, your Lord will decide between them (various sects) by His Judgement. And He is the All-Mighty, the All-Knowing. 78 So put your trust in Allah; surely, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on manifest truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ And when the Word falls on them, We will bring out from the earth a beast that shall speak to them: 'Indeed the people were not certain of Our verses.' 82
