The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 So, they belied, but surely the tidings of that they mocked will come to them. 6 Do they not see the earth, how many of every noble kind We have caused to grow in it? 7 In this there is, certainly, evidence (of the Truth). But most of them have no faith. 8 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
