The Poets (Alshu'araa')

227 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah) before The Ant (Al-Naml)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 Those are the verses of the clear Book. 2 You may perhaps wear out your heart because they do not come to belief. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 And there does not come to them a new reminder from the Beneficent Allah but they turn aside from it. 5 They have indeed rejected (the Message): so they will know soon (enough) the truth of what they mocked at! 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
