In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 You will perhaps kill yourself with anguish because they are not accepting the faith. 3 If We list, We can send down unto them a sign from the heaven so that their necks would become to it submissive. 4 Never cometh there unto them a fresh reminder from the Beneficent One, but they turn away from it. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 8 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 9

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
