۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And We brought near, there, the others. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68
