3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 They are always harassing us. 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 Thus did We take them away from gardens and watersprings, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 (Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me!" 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Verily herein is a sign; but most of them are not believers. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
