۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 So We made them leave their gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Said he, 'No indeed; surely my Lord is with me; He will guide me.' 62 We commanded Moses: "Smite the sea with your staff." And it parted, and every parting was like a lofty mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
