Al-Sajdah 3 of 3
Assuredly We vouchsafed the Book unto Musa; so be thou not in doubt in thy receiving it. And We appointed it to be a guidance unto the Children of Is'rail. 23 When they were patient, We made from them leaders, guiding with Our Command and they were certain of Our verses. 24 On the Day of Resurrection your Lord will distinguish between them that on which they varied. 25 Is it not a guidance for them, how many generations We have destroyed before them in whose dwellings they do walk about? Verily, therein indeed are signs. Would they not then listen? 26 Observe they not that We drive water unto a land bare, and bring forth therewith crops whereof their cattle and they themselves eat? Will they not therefore be enlightened? 27 They also say, 'When shall be this Victory, if you speak truly?' 28 Tell them: “If the unbelievers were to believe on the Day of Judgement that will not avail them. For then they will be granted no respite.” 29 So turn aside from them (O Muhammad SAW) and await, verily they (too) are awaiting. 30
