۞ O men, it is you who stand in need of God. As for God, He is above all need, worthy of praise. 15 If He will, He can take you away and bring about a new creation. 16 And with Allah that shall not be hard. 17 No one will bear the burden of another. Even if an overburdened soul should ask another to bear a part of his burden, no one, not even a relative, will do so. (Muhammad), you can only warn those who have fear of their Lord without seeing Him and who are steadfast in prayer. Whoever purifies himself, does so for his own good. To God do all things return. 18 The blind and the sighted are not equal, 19 nor are the darkness and the light; 20 Nor shade and heat of sunshine. 21 Nor are the living equal with the dead. Lo! Allah maketh whom He will to hear. Thou canst not reach those who are in the graves. 22 Thou art no other than a warner. 23 Surely We have sent thee with the truth good tidings to bear, and warning; not a nation there is, but there has passed away in it a warner. 24 And if they belie you, those before them also belied. Their Messengers came to them with clear signs, and with the Scriptures, and the book giving light. 25 so I seized the unbelievers and how terrible was their torment. 26
