1/4 Hizb 45
< random >
When the trumpet blast is sounded they will come out of their graves and hasten to their Lord, 51 They will say: "Ah! Woe unto us! Who hath raised us up from our beds of repose?"... (A voice will say:) "This is what (Allah) Most Gracious had promised. And true was the word of the messengers!" 52 It is but one Shout, and behold them brought together before Us! 53 This Day (Day of Resurrection), none will be wronged in anything, nor will you be requited anything except that which you used to do. 54 Lo! those who merit paradise this day are happily employed, 55 They and their associates will be in groves of (cool) shade, reclining on Thrones (of dignity); 56 They shall have fruits and all that they call for. 57 The word from a Merciful Lord (for them) is: Peace! 58 And get aside today, O guilty ones! 59 ۞ Did I not charge you, O children of Adam! that you should not serve the Shaitan? Surely he is your open enemy, 60 "And that ye should worship Me, (for that) this was the Straight Way? 61 But he beguiled a great many of you. Why did you not then understand? 62 "This is the Hell of which ye were (repeatedly) warned! 63 Enter into it this day because you disbelieved. 64 We shall seal their lips that day; and their hands will speak, their feet testify to what they had done. 65 And if We listed, surely We should wipe out their eyes so that they would struggle for the way; how then would they see? 66 And had it been Our will [that they should not be free to choose between right and wrong,] We could surely have given them a different nature [and created them as beings rooted] in their places, so that they would not be able to move forward, and could not turn back.] 67

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
