۞ Gather together the evildoers, their wives, and that they were worshipping, 22 Beside Allah, and lead them on to the path of the Flaming Fire. 23 and stop them there for questioning: 24 What aileth you that ye succour not one another? 25 In fact, on that day they will be submissive. 26 And they will approach one another blaming each other. 27 Saying: "It were you who imposed yourselves upon us." 28 They will reply: "Nay, ye yourselves had no Faith! 29 “And we did not have any control over you; but in fact you yourselves were rebellious.” 30 So on us hath been justified the sentence of our Lord: verily we are to taste. 31 So then, [if it be true that] we have caused you to err grievously - behold, we ourselves had been lost in grievous error!" 32 So indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment. 33 This is how We deal with the criminals. 34 For when it was said to them: 'There is no god except Allah' they were always proud 35 And said: "Should we abandon our gods for the sake of an insane poet?" 36 Nay, but he [whom you call a mad poet] has brought the truth; and he confirms the truth of [what the earlier of God's] message-bearers [have taught]. 37 Indeed, you [disbelievers] will be tasters of the painful punishment, 38 You will only be recompensed according to your deeds.” 39 Save the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 40 for them awaits a known provision, 41 fruits of various kinds; and they shall be honoured, 42 (They will live) in the bountiful gardens, 43 Facing one another on thrones, 44 a cup from a spring being passed round to them, 45 Crystal-white, of a taste delicious to those who drink (thereof), 46 There will neither be any harm in it for their body nor will it intoxicate their mind. 47 And with them will be women limiting [their] glances, with large, [beautiful] eyes, 48 As if they were eggs carefully protected. 49 So one among them turns to the other, questioning. 50 And a speaker from among them will say: verily there was unto me a mate. 51 Who used to say: Art thou in truth of those who put faith (in his words)? 52 After we are dead and have become all dust and bones shall we still be requited?' 53 He will say: -- Do you wish to know where he is now?' 54 And he will look and see him in the midst of the Hellfire. 55 He said: "By Allah! You have nearly ruined me. 56 If not for the favor of my Lord, I would have been of those brought in [to Hell]. 57 Then, are we not to die 58 "Except our first death, and we shall not be punished? (after we have entered Paradise)." 59 Surely this is the supreme triumph. 60 It is for the like of this that all should strive. 61 Is that the better entertainment or the Tree of Zaqqum? 62 Lo! We have appointed it a torment for wrong-doers. 63 (Zaqqum) is a tree which grows from the deepest part of hell, 64 Its emerging fruit as if it was heads of the devils. 65 Then most surely they shall eat of it and fill (their) bellies with it. 66 And thereafter verily they shall have thereon a draught of boiling water. 67 Then shall their return be to the (Blazing) Fire. 68 They had indeed found their forefathers astray. 69 So they in their footsteps are rushing. 70 And certainly most of the ancients went astray before them, 71 and We sent among them warners; 72 and behold what happened in the end to those that had been warned [to no avail]! 73 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 74

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
