The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (everything), and then proportioned it; 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 And Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 And then doth make it (but) swarthy stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 save what God wills; surely He knows what is spoken aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore give admonition in case the admonition profits (the hearer). 9 and he who fears shall remember, 10 But the most hapless will flout it, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 then he shall neither die therein, nor live. 13 Indeed whosoever purifies himself (by avoiding polytheism and accepting Islamic Monotheism) shall achieve success, 14 and remembers his Sustainer's name, and prays [unto Him]. 15 But no, you prefer the life of the world, 16 even though the life hereafter will be better and will last forever. 17 Surely, this is in the ancient Scrolls, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
