And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 Elias too was one of the Envoys; 123 He said to his people, "Have you no fear [of God?] 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 God, your Lord, and the Lord of your fathers?" 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 Except the bondmen of Allah sincere. 128 And we left for him among the later folk (the salutation): 129 Peace be unto Elias! 130 In this way do We reward the righteous ones. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And lo! Lot verily was of those sent (to warn). 133 (Call to mind) when We delivered him and all his kinsfolk, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 and then We utterly destroyed the others: 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
