1/2 Hizb 46

Remember Our votary Job because he called to his Lord: "Satan has afflicted me with disease and distress." 41 (We commanded him): “Stamp your foot on earth, and here is cool water to wash with and to drink.” 42 We restored his family to him, doubling their number as an act of grace from Us, and as a reminder to all who are endowed with insight. 43 And (it was said unto him): Take in thine hand a branch and smite therewith, and break not thine oath. Lo! We found him steadfast, how excellent a slave! Lo! he was ever turning in repentance (to his Lord). 44 And remember Our bondmen Ibrahim, and Ishaq, and Yaqub the men of power and knowledge. 45 Lo! We purified them with a pure thought, remembrance of the Home (of the Hereafter). 46 And they are with Us, verily, of the chosen and the best! 47 And remember Ishmael, Elisha and Dhu'l-Kifl. Every one of them is among the best. 48 This is a Reminder, and verily, for the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) is a good final return (Paradise), 49 gardens of perpetual bliss, with gates wide-open to them, 50 Reclining on pillows, in it they ask for fruits and drinks in plenty. 51 ۞ And beside them will be chaste females (virgins) restraining their glances only for their husbands, (and) of equal ages. 52 'This is what you were promised for the Day of Reckoning; 53 Indeed this is Our sustenance, which will never end. 54 This is so! And for the Taghun (transgressors, disobedient to Allah and His Messenger - disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, criminals, etc.), will be an evil final return (Fire), 55 Hell!- they will burn therein, - an evil bed (indeed, to lie on)!- 56 all this will be theirs; let them taste it -- a scalding, dark, foul fluid, 57 and, coupled with it, further [suffering] of a similar nature. 58 [And they will say to one another: "Do you see] this crowd of people rushing headlong to join you?" "No welcome to them! Indeed, they are headed for the fire!" 59 They will say to them, "You are not welcome! It was you who brought this on us, an evil place to stay," 60 They will say: our Lord! whosever hath brought this upon us, unto him increase doubly the torment of the Fire. 61 And they will say: "What is the matter with us that we see not men whom we used to count among the bad ones?" 62 Have we taken them in mockery? Or, have our eyes swerved from them?' 63 Indeed this is really true the people of the hell quarrelling among themselves. 64

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
