Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 “Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them – the Almighty, the Oft Forgiving.” 66 Say, “That is a great tidings.” 67 from which you are turning away. 68 I had no knowledge of the High Council when they disputed. 69 It has not been revealed to me except that I am a clear warner." 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 But not Iblis: he was proud and he was one of the unbelievers. 74 He said: O Iblis! what prevented you that you should do obeisance to him whom I created with My two hands? Are you proud or are you of the exalted ones? 75 He said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay." 76 (Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. 77 “And indeed My curse is upon you till the Day of Judgement.” 78 He said, “My Lord! Therefore give me respite till the day when all will be raised.” 79 (Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite 80 "Till the Day of the time appointed." 81 He said: "By Your authority, I will lead them astray, 82 Other than the chosen ones among Your creatures." 83 He said: The truth then is and the truth do I speak: 84 I shall assuredly fill Gehenna with thee, and with whosoever of them follows thee, all together.' 85 SAY [O Prophet]: "No reward whatever do I ask of you for this [message]; and I am not one of those who claim to be what they are not. 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 You will know the truth of the matter after a while.” 88
