Say: 'I am only a warner. There is no god except Allah, the One, the Conqueror, 65 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the Mighty, the most Forgiving. 66 Say: It is tremendous tidings 67 "From which you turn away! 68 I have no knowledge of the dispute among the angels (concerning their attitude towards Adam). 69 Naught is revealed to me save that I am a plain warner. 70 When thy Lord said unto the angels: Lo! I am about to create a mortal out of mire, 71 after I have shaped him and breathed of My spirit (I created) into him, fall down prostrate before him' 72 The angels prostrated themselves, all of them. 73 Not so lblis. He grew stiffnecked and became of the infidels. 74 He (Allah) said: 'iblis, what prevented you from prostrating yourself towards that which I have created with My Hands? Have you become too proud, or are you among the grand' 75 Satan replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire, but You created him from clay." 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 And surely My curse is on you to the day of judgment. 78 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 79 Said He, 'Thou art among the ones that are respited 80 Until the day of the time appointed. 81 He (satan) said: 'I swear by Your Might, that I will seduce all of them 82 “Except Your chosen bondmen among them.” 83 [Allah] said, "The truth [is My oath], and the truth I say - 84 that I shall certainly fill hell with you and your followers all together". 85 Say: "I do not ask any compensation of you for it, nor am I a specious pretender. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
