Say, "O My servants who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world is good, and the earth of Allah is spacious. Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account." 10 Say thou: verily I am commanded to worship Allah, making for Him religion exclusive. 11 and I am bidden to be foremost among those who surrender themselves unto God." 12 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Verily, if I disobey my Lord, I am afraid of the torment of a great Day." 13 Say, "Allah [alone] do I worship, sincere to Him in my religion, 14 Serve then what you like besides Him. Say: The losers surely are those who shall have lost themselves and their families on the day of resurrection; now surely that is the clear loss. 15 Above and below them their will be shadows of fire. This is how God frightens His servants. My servants have fear of Me. 16 There is good news for those who shun the worship of false deities and turn to God, so give good news to My servants, 17 who give ear to the Word and follow the fairest of it. Those are they whom God has guided; those -- they are men possessed of minds. 18 Is he on whom the word of doom is fulfilled (to be helped), and canst thou (O Muhammad) rescue him who is in the Fire? 19 But those who fear Allah and keep their duty to their Lord (Allah), for them are built lofty rooms; one above another under which rivers flow (i.e. Paradise). (This is) the Promise of Allah: and Allah does not fail in (His) Promise. 20 Did you not see that it is Allah Who sent down water from the sky, and then with it made springs in the earth, and then with it produces crops of various colours, and then it dries up and you see it has become yellow, and He then fragments them into small pieces; indeed in this is a reminder for people of intellect. 21
