۞ Say: "O creatures of God, those of you who have acted against your own interests should not be disheartened of the mercy of God. Surely God forgives all sins. He is all-forgiving and all-merciful. 53 "Turn ye to our Lord (in repentance) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that ye shall not be helped. 54 Follow the best of what is revealed to you from your Lord before the torment suddenly approaches you and you will not realize how it came about. 55 So that no soul may say, “Alas! The failures that I committed regarding Allah – and indeed I used to mock!” 56 or lest it should say, 'If only God had guided me, I should have been or lest among the godfearing,' 57 Or (so that no soul) may say when it beholds the punishment, “If only I may be sent back, so that I may do good deeds!” 58 Yes indeed! But My Signs came to you and you rejected them as lies, and waxed arrogant and were among those who disbelieved. 59 On the Day of Resurrection you shall see that the faces of those who had lied against Allah have turned dark. Is Hell not vast enough to provide a room to the vainglorious? 60 But Allah will deliver the righteous to their place of salvation: no evil shall touch them, nor shall they grieve. 61 Allah is the Creator of everything; He is the Guardian over everything. 62 His are the treasures of the heavens and the earth; and (as for) those who disbelieve in the communications of Allah, these it is that are the losers. 63
