Did you not see those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah? Where are they being diverted? 69 Those who gave the lie to this Book and all the Books which We had sent with Our Messengers shall soon come to know the Truth 70 when, with iron collars and chains around their necks, they are dragged 71 Through boiling waters; then they are thrust into the Fire. 72 Then shall it be said to them: "Where are the (deities) to which ye gave part-worship- 73 "Besides Allah" They will say: "They have vanished from us: Nay, we did not invoke (worship) anything before." Thus Allah leads astray the disbelievers. 74 They will be told, "This (torment) is the result of your unreasonable happiness on the earth and of your propagation of falsehood. 75 Enter ye the gates of Hell as abiders therein. Hapless is the abode of the stiff-necked. 76 Then have patience (O Muhammad). Lo! the promise of Allah is true. And whether we let thee see a part of that which We promise them, or (whether) We cause thee to die, still unto Us they will be brought back. 77 Surely We have sent apostles before you, some of whose account We have related to you, and that of some We have not told you. But no apostle was given a miracle unless God dispensed. But when the decree of God comes the sentence is passed with justice; and the lovers of vice and vanity will then come to grief. 78
