(It will be said to the true believers of Islamic Monotheism): My worshippers! No fear shall be on you this Day, nor shall you grieve, 68 [O you] who have attained to faith in Our messages and have surrendered your own selves unto Us! 69 "Enter the Garden rejoicing, both you and your spouses!" 70 To them will be passed large platters and cups of gold. There will be all that souls desire and all that eyes delight in. (And it will be said:) 'There you shall live for ever. 71 this is the Garden which you will inherit by virtue of your past deeds, 72 Ye shall have therein abundance of fruit, from which ye shall have satisfaction. 73 Lo! the guilty are immortal in hell's torment. 74 it will not be lightened for them; and therein they will be lost in hopeless despair. 75 And We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers. 76 They will cry, "Master, if only your Lord would put an end to us!" But he [the angel] will answer, "No! You are here to stay." 77 We verily brought the Truth unto you, but ye were, most of you, averse to the Truth. 78 Why - can they [who deny the truth ever] determine what [the truth] should be? 79 Do they fancy that We do not listen to their whispers and their counselling? Why not, We surely do! And Our angels are with them, writing down. 80 Say thou: had the Compassionate a son, I shall be the first of his worshippers. 81 Exalted be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, above what they attribute to Him. 82 So leave them alone to indulge in their vanities and to frolic about until they encounter that Day of theirs against which they have been warned. 83 And it is He who in heaven is God and in earth is God; He is the All-wise, the All-knowing. 84 And blessed be He unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and with Whom is knowledge of the Hour, and unto Whom ye will be returned. 85 And those whom they worship besides Allah do not have the right of intercession – the right of intercession is only for those who testify to the Truth and have knowledge. 86 If you were to ask them: “Who created them?” they will surely say: “Allah.” Whence are they, then, being led astray? 87 We call to witness the cry of the Messenger: “O Lord, these are a people not wont to believe!” 88 Yet bear thou with them, and say: "Peace [be upon you]!" - for in time they will come to know [the truth]. 89
