O My bondmen! no fear shall be on you Today, nor shall ye grieve 68 you who believed in Our Signs and had surrendered yourselves (to Us)! 69 Enter ye the Garden, ye and your wives, in (beauty and) rejoicing. 70 There shall be passed around them platters of gold, and cups, therein being whatever the souls desire, and the eyes delight in. 'And therein, you shall dwell forever. 71 This is the Paradise that you have been given for an inheritance for the things that you were doing. 72 For you therein will be fruits in plenty whereof ye will eat. 73 The criminals will live forever in the torment of hell. Their torment will not be relieved and they will despair of escaping. 74 Never will their torment be lightened for them. They shall remain in utter despair. 75 And We are not unjust to them, but they themselves were unjust. 76 And they cry: O master! Let thy Lord make an end of us. He saith: Lo! here ye must remain. 77 Assuredly We brought the truth unto you, but most of you are to the truth averse. 78 Or have they settled an affair? Then surely We are the settlers. 79 Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private counsels? Indeed (We do), and Our messengers are by them, to record. 80 Say [O Prophet]: "If the Most Gracious [truly] had a son, I would be the first to worship him!" 81 All too glorious is He, Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of all power, for what they ascribe to Him 82 Let them alone to plunge and play, until they encounter that Day of theirs which they are promised. 83 He who is God in the heavens is also God in the earth; He is the Wise, the Knower. 84 And blessed be He to Whom belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, and with Whom is the knowledge of the Hour, and to Whom you (all) will be returned. 85 Those they call upon, apart from Him, have no power of intercession, save such as have testified to the truth, and that knowingly. 86 And if you ask them who created them, they will surely say, God. How then are they turned away? 87 And [Allah acknowledges] his saying, "O my Lord, indeed these are a people who do not believe." 88 Indulge them, (O Prophet), and say to them: “Peace to you.” For soon they shall come to know. 89

عند قراءة القرآن الملون في وضعية اللغة العربية المرسومة بالأحرف الإنجليزية، قد لا تلاحظ وجود منظومة برمجية مصممة لمطابقة متطلبات علامات الوقف في النص العربي الأصلي. فكما تعلم، يحتوي القرآن على خمسة أنواع رئيسية من علامات الوقف. (1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
