The food of the Zakkum tree 43 Is food for the sinful. 44 Like molten copper; it churns in their bellies. 45 Like the churning of boiling water. 46 (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste; you forsooth are the mighty, the honorable: 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 Indeed, for those who feared (Allah) is a secure place 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 Even so (it will be). And We shall wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes. 54 While resting in security, they shall call for all kinds of fruit. 55 and neither shall they taste death there after having passed through their erstwhile death. Thus will He have preserved them from all suffering through the blazing fire 56 God will protect them from the torment of hell as a favor from your Lord. (Muhammad), this is certainly the greatest triumph. 57 Verily, We have made this (Qur'an) easy, in thy tongue, in order that they may give heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
