The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'- 3 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil). 4 For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration. 5 On that day men shall come forth in sundry bodies that they may be shown their works. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8
