Verily the tree of Zaqqum: 43 Food of the sinner. 44 Like molten copper boiling in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 [A voice will cry], "Seize him and drag him into the midst of Hell. 47 then pour over his head the chastisement of boiling water!' 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 Indeed, this is what you used to dispute." 50 [As against this] verily, the God-conscious will find themselves in a state secure, 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 So it is; and We have wedded them to maidens with gorgeous eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in security. 55 They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire 56 As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment. 57 So have We made it easy in your tongue that they may be mindful. 58 So wait thou and watch; for they (too) are waiting. 59
