And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 And the earth have We spread out wide - and how well have We ordered it! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 And do not set up with Allah another god: surely I am a plain warner to you from Him. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they inherited such dealings with the Prophets from their predecessors or are they a rebellious people? 53 So turn away from them: not thine is the blame. 54 And admonish, for verily admonition profiteth the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I desire of them no provision, neither do I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Surely Allah is the Bestower of sustenance, the Lord of Power, the Strong. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
