And certainly the warning came to Firon's people. 41 They rejected each one of Our signs. So We seized them with the grip of one mighty and powerful. 42 Are your infidels better than these? Or is there an immunity for you in the Writs? 43 Or do they say: "We are a well-accoutred army?" 44 Soon shall the hosts be routed, and they shall turn (their) backs. 45 But nay - the Last Hour is the time when they shall truly meet their fate; and that Last Hour will be most calamitous, and most bitter: 46 The sinful ones will face the destructive torment of hell 47 On that Day they will be dragged into the fire faces foremost, (and told:) "Taste the feel of Hell." 48 Verily everything! We have created it by a measure. 49 And Our Commandment is but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? 51 All things they do are (recorded) in the books; 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 Verily, The Muttaqun (pious), will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers (Paradise). 54 Seated in an assembly of the Truth, in the presence of Allah, the Omnipotent King. 55
