And assuredly unto the household of Fir'awn came the warning. 41 They rejected each one of Our signs. So We seized them with the grip of one mighty and powerful. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say: We are a host allied together to help each other? 44 The hosts will all be routed and will turn and flee. 45 But the Hour is their appointment [for due punishment], and the Hour is more disastrous and more bitter. 46 Verily the culprits shall be in great error and madness. 47 On the day when they are dragged into the Fire upon their faces (it is said unto them): Feel the touch of hell. 48 We have created everything in due measure; 49 We command but once: Our will is done in the twinkling of an eye; 50 Thus, indeed, did We destroy people like you [in the past]: who, then, is willing to take it to heart? 51 All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds): 52 every action, small or great, is noted down. 53 Verily the God-fearing will be in Gardens and among rivers. 54 At the still centre in the proximity of the King all-powerful. 55
