▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 2 of 3
Everyone that is thereon will pass away. 26 But will abide (for ever) the Face of thy Lord,- full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour. 27 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 28 Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)! 29 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 30 We shall soon be free to turn to you, O weary caravans, 31 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 32 O assembly of the jinn and the men! If you are able to pass through the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass through; you cannot pass through but with authority. 33 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 36 And when the heaven is rent asunder, and then becomes red like red hide. 37 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 38 For, on that Day, neither man nor jinn will be questioned about his sins. 39 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 40 (For) the sinners will be known by their marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 Round about shall they go between it and hot, boiling water. 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
