All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 And there will remain the countenance of thine Lord, Owner of Majesty and Beneficence. 27 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 28 Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter. 29 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 30 We shall attend to you, O you two classes (jinns and men)! 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]. 33 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 34 Let loose at you will be smokeless flames of fire so that you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and becomes red like red leather, 37 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 38 So on that Day no question will be asked of man or jinn as to his sin, (because they have already been known from their faces either white or black). 39 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 40 The sinners shall be known by their mark, they shall be seized by their forelocks and their feet. 41 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 42 This is hell, which the criminals deny. 43 They go circling round between it and fierce, boiling water. 44 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 45
