He told Jesus, "I will save you from your enemies, raise you to Myself, keep you clean from the association with the disbelievers, and give superiority to your followers over the unbelievers until the Day of Judgment. On that day you will all return to Me and I shall resolve your dispute. 55 Then as to those who disbelieve, I will chastise them with severe chastisement in this world and the hereafter, and they shall have no helpers. 56 But those who believe and do righteous deeds, He will reward them in full. Allah does not love the unjust.' 57 (Muhammad), what we recite to you are revelations and words of wisdom. 58 For God the likeness of Jesus is as that of Adam whom He fashioned out of dust and said "Be" and he was. 59 This is the truth from your Lord, so do not be in doubt. 60 If any one disputes in this matter with thee, now after (full) knowledge Hath come to thee, say: "Come! let us gather together,- our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves: Then let us earnestly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah on those who lie!" 61 Verily this! it is the true recital; and God there is none save Allah, and verily Allah! He is the Mighty, the Wise. 62 But if they turn away, then Allah is Knower of the corrupters. 63
