And for him who fears to stand before his Lord are two gardens. 46 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 47 Full of overhanging branches -- 48 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 49 therein two fountains of running water -- 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In both of them are two pairs of every fruit. 52 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 53 (They shall) recline on couches lined with brocade, and the fruits of the Gardens will be near at hand. 54 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 55 In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 56 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 57 As though rubies and pearls. 58 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 59 Is there any Reward for Good - other than Good? 60 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 61 And besides these two are two (other) gardens: 62 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 63 Dark-green. 64 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 65 With two fountains gushing constantly, -- 66 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 71 Houris cloistered in pavilions -- 72 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 73 [companions] whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 74 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful decorated carpets. 76 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 77 Blessed be the Name of thy Lord, majestic, splendid. 78
