▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who lived in awe of the sublimity of his Lord, there will be two gardens -- 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 Having [spreading] branches. 48 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 49 Wherein are two fountains flowing. 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 53 Reclining upon thrones that are lined with brocade, with the fruit of both Gardens close enough to be picked from under. 54 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 55 In them maidens with averted glances, undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 56 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 57 As though they are jacinth and coral. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 59 What is the reward of virtue except virtue (in return)? 60 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 61 And besides those two will be yet two [other] gardens 62 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 63 Densely covered with foliage, appearing dark. 64 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 65 In them (each) will be two Springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance: 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 In both are fruits and palms and pomegranates. 68 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 69 In them are goodly things, beautiful ones. 70 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 71 Fair ones reserved in pavilions - 72 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 73 [companions] whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 They will be reclining on plain green and beautifully printed cushions 76 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
