▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a hidden Book 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 A revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And ye are then looking on. 84 – at that moment when We are closer to him than you, although you do not see (Us) 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then, if he be of those brought nigh the Throne, 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 He shall have an entertainment of boiling water, 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
