۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 In a Book well-guarded (with Allah in the heaven i.e. Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 and you are watching at that time 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 And if he is one of the People on the Right, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 he will be welcomed with boiling water. 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
