But what is the matter with the unbelievers, that they strain their glances continuously towards them, 36 [coming upon thee] from the right and from the left, in crowds? 37 Does every man of them long to enter the Garden of Bliss? 38 Not at all, for We have created them of what they know. 39 I do not need to swear by the Lord of the eastern and western regions that We have certainly all the power 40 Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan). 41 Then leave them alone to plunge and play until they encounter that day of theirs which they are promised, 42 the Day when they shall rush from their graves, as if they were hurrying to a raised flag, 43 Their eyes cast down; disgrace shall overtake them; that is the day which they were threatened with. 44
