So what is [the matter] with those who disbelieve, hastening [from] before you, [O Muhammad], 36 left and right, in numerous groups? 37 Does every one of them desire to enter the bountiful Paradise? 38 Not at all, for We have created them of what they know. 39 So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings that indeed We are able 40 to replace them with [people] better than they are; for there is nothing to prevent Us [from doing what We will]. 41 So leave them to their vain disputes and amusement till they meet their day (of reckoning) promised them, 42 The Day whereon they will issue from their sepulchres in sudden haste as if they were rushing to a goal-post (fixed for them),- 43 Their eyes will be downcast and disgrace will overwhelm them. Such is the Day that they were promised. 44
