Nay, by the Moon 32 By the receding night 33 by the brightening dawn, 34 That (Hell) is surely one of the greater (signs), 35 A warning to mankind,- 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul is a pledge for its own deeds; 38 save those who shall have attained to righteousness: 39 [dwelling] In gardens [of paradise,] they will inquire 40 Of evil-doers: 41 "What led you into Hell Fire?" 42 They will say: "We were not of those who prayed; 43 we fed not the needy, 44 and we indulged in vain talk with those who indulged in vain talk, 45 “And used to deny the Day of Justice.” 46 Until the certainty (of death) had come upon us. 47 So the intercession of intercessors shall not avail them. 48 Why then do they turn away from the admonition 49 like frightened donkeys 50 Fleeing from a hunter, or a lion, or a beast of prey. 51 Nay, every man of them desires to be -- given -- scrolls unrolled. 52 Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. 53 There is no doubt that the Quran is a guide. 54 So whosoever will (let him read it), and receive admonition (from it)! 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
