Indeed, it is We who have sent down to you, [O Muhammad], the Qur'an progressively. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 And, remember the Name of your Lord at the dawn and in the evening; 25 And during night, prostrate yourself to Him (i.e. the offering of Maghrib and 'Isha' prayers), and glorify Him a long night through (i.e. Tahajjud prayer). 26 Indeed, these [disbelievers] love the immediate and leave behind them a grave Day. 27 We have created them and strengthened their forms, and when We will, We can change their likenesses with [complete] alteration. 28 Indeed, this is a reminder, so he who wills may take to his Lord a way. 29 But you will not desire except as God wills. Verily He is all-knowing and all-wise. 30 He admits unto His grace everyone who wills [to be admitted]; but as for the evildoers - for them has He readied grievous suffering [in the life to come]. 31
