In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
CONSIDER these [messages,] sent forth in waves 1 And those raging swiftly; 2 And those that revive by quickening, 3 by (the angels) who make a clear distinction between right and wrong 4 and by those who reveal revelations (to the prophets) 5 excusing or warning, 6 surely that which you are promised is about to fall! 7 Then when the stars become dim; 8 When the heaven is cleft asunder; 9 And when the mountains are blown away, 10 And when the messengers' time has come... 11 For what day is it timed? 12 Upon the Day of Decision! 13 Would that you knew what the Day of Decision is! 14 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 15 Did We not destroy the men of old (for their evil)? 16 and make others settle after them in their land? 17 As such shall We deal with the sinners. 18 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 19 Did We not create you from a worthless water (semen, etc.)? 20 Which We placed in a depository safe. 21 for an appointed term? 22 So We proportion it-- how well are We at proportioning (things). 23 Ah woe, that Day! to the Rejecters of Truth! 24 Have We not caused the earth to hold within itself 25 for the living and the dead? 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 28 Depart to that which you belied! 29 Walk on to the covering having three branches, 30 unshading against the blazing flame 31 "Indeed it throws about sparks (huge) as Forts, 32 As if they were yellowish [black] camels. 33 Alas the woe that day for those who deny! 34 This is the day they shall not speak 35 nor be allowed to proffer excuses! 36 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 37 This is the Day of Judgement. We have assembled you all together with past generations. 38 Now, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me! 39 Woe on that day to the rejecters. 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
