Are you more difficult to create or the heavens? He built it, 27 He raised it high and leveled it, 28 and He has made dark its night and brought forth its light of day. 29 After this, He spread out the earth, 30 He extracted from it its water and its pasture, 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 an enjoyment for you and your herds. 33 Therefore, when there comes the great, overwhelming (Event),- 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 And Hell-fire shall be made apparent in full view for (every) one who sees, 36 Then, for him who Tagha (transgressed all bounds, in disbelief, oppression and evil deeds of disobedience to Allah). 37 and prefers the life of this world, 38 hell will be their dwelling. 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Then indeed, Paradise will be [his] refuge. 41 They ask thee about the Hour,-'When will be its appointed time? 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 Unto thy Lord belongeth (knowledge of) the term thereof. 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 On the Day whereon they behold it, it will appear to them as though they had not tarried save an evening or the morn thereof. 46
